Kythera is located between Peloponnesus and Crete. It is an island which has preserved its unique picturesque character. The varied landscape combines archaeological and natural beauty. A variety of beautiful Mediterranean beaches, monasteries, castles and simple unspoiled villages are enjoyed by visitors.
The closest beach, Kobonada, is only 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Other southern beaches, Kapsali, Chalkos, Kaladi and Firi Amo are within easy reach of Travassarianika. All of Kythera's most popular attractions are easily accessible from here.
